Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Warehouse Order Picker to join our team. As a Warehouse Order Picker, you will be responsible for pulling partial orders and preparing them for delivery to customers. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick orders via headset in a refrigerated warehouse using a voice pick system
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Check all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy
  • Follow food safety quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, 35-45 degrees
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs frequently
  • Ability to work without direct supervision and prioritize activities under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to actively engage in continuous improvement activities
  • Able to work on your feet for 8+ hours
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to adhere to all food and safety protocols and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
  • Warehouse experience is a plus but not required
