As a Nursing Supervisor, you will serve as a resource for problem-solving, provide clinical expertise, and facilitate staff mentoring and coaching.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite management of the facility, overseeing the delivery of patient care and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Mentor and coach staff in clinical and behavioral events, facilitating patient flow and decision-making.
  • Round on patients and families with concerns or complaints, collaborating with staff to provide care that respects patients' personal values and beliefs.
  • Support patient and families in making informed decisions, respecting patients' personal values and beliefs.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two (2) years of Registered Nurse (RN) experience.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, lead, and prioritize effectively.
