The Housekeeper at Landmark Properties is a customer-focused team player responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of apartment units and common areas. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain apartment units, including models and vacancies, to ensure a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist with monitoring inventory of supplies and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Understand and adhere to Landmark Properties' policies and procedures, as well as the needs and expectations of residents.
  • Develop a sense of community among residents and staff by participating in events and activities.
  • Assist with the property's turn and maintain a positive community environment.

Work Environment
  • The work environment is moderate, with occasional exposure to noise and physical demands.
  • The employee must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds, as well as stand, sit, and climb or balance.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
