Dimension Hospitality is seeking a skilled Restaurant Server to join our team. As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve Meals and Beverages: Serve meals and beverages to patrons in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
- Manage Orders and Payments: Take orders, relay them to the kitchen, and serve courses from the kitchen and service bars. Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Replenish supplies, clean and sanitize equipment, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Develop Strong Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with guests, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: None required
- Licenses/Certifications: TIPS and Food Safety certifications
Salary Range: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
