The Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN or LPN to join our team as a Pediatric Home Health Nurse. The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatric care and be passionate about helping children thrive at home.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one nursing care to pediatric patients with medical complexities
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest pediatric care practices
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements

  • RN or LPN license in good standing with the state of Minnesota
  • Active CPR Certification
  • Pediatric experience preferred but not required
