We proudly serve 1,250 school districts in 39 states and 8 Canadian provinces, ensuring the safe commute of approximately five million students to 21,000 educational institutions each day.

Now Hiring Van Operators

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a designated route as a regular, substitute, or charter driver.

• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections using Zonar technology, including child safety checks.

• Assist students during the boarding and disembarking process.

• Maintain effective communication and cooperation with school staff, parents, and students.

• Participate in all safety and training sessions.

• Execute emergency evacuation procedures from the vehicle, including using the emergency exit.

• Manage service doors and navigate steps multiple times throughout the day.

• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle’s interior, including sweeping, dusting, and window cleaning. Ensure exterior windows are also cleaned.

• Perform other specialized tasks as required by contractual obligations.


Education & Certifications Required

• Must possess or be capable of obtaining a CDL Operator's license with necessary endorsements for the respective state or province.


Experience & Skills Required

• Strong verbal communication abilities.

• Availability to work early morning shifts.

• Capability to work independently without direct supervision.

• Proficient in reading and understanding street signs, route sheets, and maps.
