Job Summary

Driven Autobody Shop is seeking a highly skilled Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing and estimating vehicle damage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to create comprehensive and accurate estimates of repair.
  • Effectively communicate with insurance companies and suppliers to establish a quality repair plan.
  • Order, track, and monitor parts status on all repair plans.
  • Keep insurance adjusters, production staff, and customers informed regarding the status of the vehicle repair.
  • Coordinate scheduling of repairs and timely completion of each job, while providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
Requirements
  • Prior estimating experience at a collision repair facility is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated computer/software proficiency.
  • Bilingual (Spanish, English) is preferred but not required.
  • Must be dependable, with a positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance.
  • Able to multi-task and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess strong time management skills.
  • Have a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service.
