Clinical Nurse Specialist

**Key Responsibilities:**
Assess mental health needs and develop individualized care plans
Provide primary care coordination for patients, implementing a collaborative care plan as prescribed by the physician and treatment team
Administer and/or monitor the effects and side effects of medications and treatments ordered by a physician
Ensure safety and provide consistent therapeutic milieu management and crisis intervention strategies
