Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, receiving and stocking merchandise in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure product presentation and quality meet company standards, adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly, with occasional lifting of up to 60 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and store success.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous retail or customer service experience.
  • Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
