- Lead content-focused campaigns that support our GTM strategy, driving engagement and audience growth across digital channels.
- Generate and nurture leads by collaborating with enablement and business development teams to create content and run campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal experts to turn insights into high-impact content that tackles key business challenges and sparks strategic conversations.
- Manage projects to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and supports broader marketing initiatives.
- Boost brand visibility by elevating BTS's digital presence with SEO-optimized content that improves search rankings, attracts new audiences, and drives engagement.
- Analyze and optimize content strategies, improve campaign performance, and ensure measurable outcomes.
- Drive innovation by introducing new ideas and approaches to content creation, keeping BTS at the forefront of marketing trends and customer engagement.
- 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on content creation and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, particularly in driving lead generation and conversions through content.
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Collaborative experience working with teams like sales, design, and enablement.
- Comfort using data and analytics to adjust content strategies and improve performance.
- Background in professional services marketing.
- Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce and Adobe Creative Suite.
