Job Description

Innovative Systems, a leading provider of cutting-edge data quality and compliance solutions, is seeking a talented Software Support Specialist to join our Customer Success team.

You will provide exceptional support to clients utilizing our award-winning, anti-terrorism/anti-money laundering software in various regions worldwide. The successful candidate will have the ability to work a flexible schedule, Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM Eastern Time, and speak Portuguese fluently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with software and system functionality, integrations, product feature-function, and adoption issues
  • Develop and implement SQL scripts and custom software processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, and provide customer insights for product development
  • Opportunity to learn and work with cloud operations team, gaining hands-on experience with Azure and scripting languages

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM concentration, such as computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics, science, or other related field
  • Programming skills with one or more programming languages, such as C, C++, C#,.Net, Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML
  • Experience with SQL databases and SQL programming language
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a customer or technical support role
  • Using SQL in a work environment
  • Knowledge of Azure or cloud providers/operations
  • Knowledge of regulatory risk and compliance
  • Ability to fluently read, write, and speak Spanish
