Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance of site compatibility groups, matrices, and service change procedures. Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Bill of Materials (BOM) in SAP.

  • Issue corrective formulas for off-spec products and manage reprocessing of dead stock, along with providing certificates of analysis to clients. Address product quality incidents and customer complaints.
  • Ensure compliance with Management of Change (MOC) requirements during formulation changes or new product launches.
  • Maintain and update Quality & Testing procedures, Laboratory Test Methods/Instructions, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for products, additives, and chemicals.
  • Verify the implementation and effectiveness of the Quality Assurance system in the laboratory, including calibration and preventive maintenance of testing equipment.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate training sessions for laboratory personnel.
  • Conduct laboratory blend studies to develop new products or optimize existing formulations.
  • Manage Laboratory Operational Expenditure (OPEX) and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) budgets, ensuring alignment with planning and budgeting objectives.
  • Report on chemical management as mandated by relevant regulations and ensure compliance with hazardous product declarations.
  • Collaborate with relevant plants for compliance assessments of manufactured and imported products.
  • Prepare labeling content for imported and local products, ensuring compliance with GHS standards.
  • Participate in the Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Committee and serve as the Quality Coordinator for the HSEQ management system.
  • Ensure follow-up and resolution of findings from internal and external assessments.
  • Adhere to company policies and local regulations, ensuring compliance within the sector.
