  • Maintain Records: Maintain detailed records of service performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
  • Adhere to Safety Protocols: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

Requirements
  • Experience: Master certified with proven experience as an RV Service Technician and a minimum of five years of experience.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of RV systems, components, and appliances.
  • Skill: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural issues in RVs.
  • Ability: Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for long periods of time.
  • Work Environment: Work in environments that include heat, cold, dust, and loud noises.
  • Communication: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
