Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lot Porter to join our team at Bish's RV, Inc. As a Lot Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our RV lot, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the RV lot, including removing clutter and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Assist with moving RVs from the lot to the service shop and showroom, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Ensure that window pricing is accurate and up-to-date, as instructed by management.
  • Cross-train in detailing as needed to provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of quality in our products.
Requirements
  • Must have experience and confidence in backing up trailers, with a strong emphasis on safety.
  • Must be fork lift certified and able to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for long periods of time, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with an assistive device, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Ability to work in environments with heat, cold, dust, and loud noises, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Must be available to work Saturdays as needed, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Must have an awesome attitude, with a focus on maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
  • Must have a neat, clean, and professional appearance, with a focus on maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED, with a focus on maintaining a high level of education and training.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
