Responsibilities:

  • Follow established therapy plans of care for home health episodes of care
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements:

  • Possess a degree from an accredited physical therapy assistant program
  • Be licensed to practice as a physical therapist assistant in the State of Virginia
  • Have community/home health experience preferred, but not required
  • Comply with accepted professional standards and practice
  • Complete employment screening of a negative TB skin test and/or CXR
  • Possess and maintain current CPR certification
