Responsibilities

* Provide physical therapy services to adults in a clinic and home-based setting
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
* Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements

* Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from a Virginia Board of Physical Therapy approved program
* Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Virginia
* At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist, with community/home health experience preferred
* Current CPR certification
