Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel assignment in the nation's capital.

Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team in Washington, D.C.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiovascular-interventional procedures and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of cardiovascular-interventional procedures, including angioplasty and stent placement.
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Current certification in Radiography (ARRT-R) and Basic Life Support (CPR/BLS).
  • Experience in cardiovascular-interventional procedures, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Ability to lift and move patients and equipment, up to 50-100 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
