We are seeking a highly skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team on a travel assignment in Washington, D.C.

Job Summary

This is a 15-week travel assignment, working 40 hours per week, with a shift of 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures, including cardiovascular and interventional radiology.

Responsibilities
  • Perform imaging procedures, including cardiovascular and interventional radiology
  • Operate imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy and ultrasound
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and draping
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information and imaging results
Requirements
  • Current certification in radiologic technology
  • Experience in interventional radiology, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
