Key Responsibilities

Greet incoming calls warmly, providing routine information to callers; record messages and direct calls to the appropriate parties. Perform general clerical duties such as typing, drafting memos, filing, processing mail, and operating standard office equipment. Screen and guide all visitors. Communicate and engage with guests, residents, families, and team members in a respectful and effective manner. Promote hospitality and deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, visitors, and vendors. Ensure a welcoming home environment that encourages engagement, social interaction, and purposeful living.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language. Compassion for the challenges faced by residents, families, and team members, along with problem-solving skills to assist them. Demonstrated computer proficiency and ability to interact with various electronic devices. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working with seniors is preferred, along with a genuine desire to serve and care for them.
