Pesticide Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pesticide Specialist to join our dynamic team at MSCCN. This role involves the application of termiticide and delivering essential building materials, working closely with shop foremen and steel workers to maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely apply termiticide according to industry standards and company protocols.
  • Deliver building materials (nails, Visqueen, steel, etc.) to meet operational needs.
  • Track job-related materials and ensure the foreman has accurate inventory data.
  • Perform routine maintenance on pretreatment vehicles and equipment, including pumps, tanks, and hoses.
  • Maintain accurate logs of job order details on employer-provided forms.
  • Assist steel workers with yard upkeep, storage management, and rebar organization.
  • Maintain a clean and organized shop and storage building.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Verifiable experience in pesticide treatment required.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage inventory.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with safety procedures in industrial environments.
