Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Work two of the three major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day) according to facility policy.
- No time-off requests during December 26-31 to ensure staffing needs are met.
- Medication test required.
- Six weekend shifts per every six-week schedule.
- Locals accepted if living over 50 miles away for Night shift.
- All requested time-off must be included at time of submission and approved based on facility's needs.
- Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
- Average daily census varies with 26 beds.
- Staffing ratios are 4:1, but may flex to 5:1 as needed.
- Orientation and modules required prior to the start, up to 16 hours.
- Pre-assignment testing and module completion required within 48 hours of receiving login information.
