Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join our clinical team at Medical Specialists of the Palm Beaches, Inc. (MSPB). As an ARNP, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our medical practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of the physician to patients.
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and healthcare needs.
  • Record physical findings, formulate a plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition.
  • Provide prescriptions and administer medications.
  • Discuss cases with physicians and other healthcare professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plans.
  • Collaborate, consult, and coordinate with other healthcare organizations and refer patients appropriately to resources for additional care as needed.
  • Initiate emergency treatments per office protocol while consulting with appropriate physicians in person or telephonically.
  • Participate in all mandatory compliance and other training programs, seek guidance for compliance-related concerns, and adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and MSPB policies and procedures.
  • Submit healthcare plans and goals of individual patients for periodic review and evaluation by physicians.
