We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Client Relationship Specialist I to join our team at Glacier Bank. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in coordinating all treasury products, interacting with customers, vendors, and bank staff in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and Support Treasury Products: Ensure the efficient operation of treasury products, including Netteller E-banking, remote deposit, and positive pay accounts.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service to Treasury customers, assisting with setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of treasury products.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with bank staff to provide education and support on treasury products and services.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall efficiency and image of the bank.
Requirements:
  • Attention to Detail: High degree of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills with working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and general computer applications.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Banking Knowledge: Moderate level of banking knowledge desired.
Work Environment:

This role requires routine work indoors in a climate-controlled shared work area with a moderate noise level. Occasional travel may be required.
