With a competitive starting salary of $50,000 annually and a commission quota of $160,000 annually, you will have the potential to earn significantly more based on your performance. After a brief waiting period, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and a 401(k) plan.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is goal-oriented, entrepreneurial-minded, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Professional Placement Consultant, you will build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates. You will partner with clients to fill urgent positions, connect them with qualified candidates, and negotiate job offers. You will also conduct reference checks and utilize recruiting tools and materials efficiently.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be consistently proactive in sourcing clients and candidates, and be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone. Integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset are essential qualities for success in this position. Effective negotiation skills and a degree (although not required) will also serve you well. Successful completion of gpac's training program is mandatory.
