Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Core Healthcare Professional to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients and patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement client care as directed by facility and NurseCore standards
- Maintain competency through continuing education
- Administer and record medications given
- Carry out prescribed treatments
- Admit and discharge patients as directed
- Respect patients rights and maintain confidentiality
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Current RN or LPN/LVN licensure with the State Board of Nursing in the State of Texas
- 1-year experience as a Registered Nurse or LPN/LVN in the last 3 years in a supervised setting
- Current CPR in compliance with the American Heart Association standards
- Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months
- Successful completion of the skills assessment
