Key Responsibilities:

Insight Global is in search of a Booking Producer to support a client in New York City. The Booking Producer will play a crucial role in securing on-air guests for interviews and will report directly to the head of the booking department, collaborating closely with the executive producer of the assigned show. The responsibilities include:

  • Working alongside the Executive Producer and team to identify high-profile guests for broadcast.
  • Conducting thorough research and outreach to potential guests.
  • Assisting the team in booking relevant on-air guests for interviews and appearances.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with newsmakers, experts, officials, publicists, and other representatives.
  • Acting as the primary liaison for guests and their representatives.
  • Performing pre-interviews and vetting potential on-air guests.
  • Coordinating interview logistics, including scheduling and location arrangements.
  • Providing guests with topics and areas of discussion prior to interviews.
  • Communicating on-air appearance requirements effectively.
  • Securing exclusive interviews and content with notable guests.
  • Identifying emerging voices as subject matter experts.
  • Proposing and pitching guest ideas to the production team.
  • Ensuring guest quality aligns with the brand's standards.
