Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman to join our Restoration Division at Q3 Contracting, a division of Primoris Services Corporation. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a team of construction professionals in the restoration of gas operations infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of construction professionals in the restoration of gas operations infrastructure
- Ensure work crews begin work on time, have the necessary tools, and accurately complete documentation and reports
- Provide direct oversight for the crew/employees, inspect work in progress to ensure workmanship conforms to specifications while promoting a safe work environment
- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for employees and the public
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of experience working in construction
- 1+ year of experience directly supervising employees
- Understanding of the fundamentals and dangers of working in a safety-sensitive work environment
- Prior construction knowledge required
- Class A license preferred
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds
- Standing, walking, including and primarily on uneven surfaces, turning, stooping, kneeling, crouching, speaking, and hearing are required continuously
Work Environment:
- Employee will be subjected to outside weather conditions
- Employee could be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, cold, heat, and humidity
- The noise level in the work environment can often be loud
- The employee is frequently exposed to slow- or fast-moving traffic in the work environment
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting hourly rate, $29.25 (DOE)
