**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Support Manager to join our team at CRSI. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our residential homes, providing a 'homelike' environment to individuals residing in the home.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate implementation of individual plans to meet the social, physical, and psychological needs of consumers
* Ensure CRSI operates under current standards and regulations established by DODD Medicaid (Title XIX) and other authorities
* Manage staff training and employment requirements
* Multitask and use discretion to make independent decisions based on good judgment

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong communication, writing, time management, and organizational skills
* Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
* Acceptable employment and background screenings

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* DSPaths credential
