We are seeking an experienced and skilled Physical Therapy Clinic Director to lead our team at All Star Physical Therapy. As a Clinic Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outpatient physical therapy clinics, ensuring exceptional patient care, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient outcomes and increase revenue
- Lead and manage a team of physical therapists, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent customer service
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Manage budgets, purchase equipment and supplies, and oversee facility maintenance
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, patients, and staff
- Terminal degree from an accredited institution (Doctor of Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy preferred)
- Unrestricted licensure as a Physical Therapist to practice in the applicable state
- Three plus years of experience as a therapist, with supervisory experience preferred
- Completion of or enrollment in residency training preferred
- Clinical Specialist Board Certification preferred
