Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to all individuals, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience in our stores.
  • Assist customers with purchases, returns, and exchanges, resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and processing donations, stocking shelves, and performing janitorial duties as needed.
  • Operate a pallet jack to load and unload merchandise from trucks, and assist with inventory management.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time, with frequent bending, walking, and stooping.
  • Availability to work a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends.
