NVIDIA Silicon Solutions Group is seeking a versatile engineer to be part of the HW ArchDev team.

The SSG team is uniquely positioned to have an end-to-end view of the product development cycle - from early arch definition, through bringup, to product release.

Our ArchDev arm is a hub for all silicon and system level feature development, cost-benefit analysis, system integration solutions, and system POR alignment.

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring external energy efficiency requirements are met across our various product lineups.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead planning for NVIDIA's new chip bringup efforts from pre-silicon through production.
  • Collaborate with Architecture, Design, Software, Operations, and product teams to plan and drive shared objectives.
  • Enhance cross-team communication, deliverables, and handoffs.
  • Develop new methodologies, processes, and workflows for feature architecture and development.
  • Drive scheduling, equipment, and materials logistics planning for silicon bringup activities to achieve near-perfect execution of ambitious NPI schedules.
  • Incorporate learnings from bring-up execution and post-action reviews to refine processes and boost execution efficiency.

Requirements:
  • MS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience leading complex technical projects that span geographic locations.
  • Experience influencing decisions and leading teams in an energizing cross-functional environment.
  • Enthusiastic, responsive, and passionate about finding opportunities for process improvement.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically, tactically, and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The base salary range is 164,000 USD - 304,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
