Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to align with the company's mission and goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct research and analysis of industry trends and competitive markets to identify emerging opportunities and areas of interest.
  • Product Development: Identify and prioritize product and service improvement opportunities, and develop plans for implementation.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage complex forecasting models, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure profitable business operations.
  • Leadership: Lead and direct the work of other employees, and have responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
  • Experience: 12-15 years of experience in a relevant function, preferably in the defense industry.
  • Skills: Strong computer skills, administrative data control, scheduling, and team interface. Ability to manage quickly changing priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Qualifications: Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role relevant to the operation of a product development and manufacturing business. Experience within the defense industry with working knowledge of munitions, associated platforms, strategic and tactical systems, and military munitions/platform interface requirements.
