Funciones Principales:

  • Colaborar en equipos de desarrollo de nuevos productos y gestión del ciclo de vida del producto, siendo responsable de los componentes adquiridos (comprender la función, identificar y documentar características críticas de rendimiento, desarrollar especificaciones de rendimiento).
  • Dirigir los esfuerzos para identificar, evaluar, cotizar y seleccionar proveedores para las piezas compradas.
  • Actuar como enlace entre Ingeniería, Adquisiciones y Proveedores para alinear necesidades con las capacidades de los proveedores.
  • Responsable de la calidad de las piezas y servicios adquiridos de los proveedores.
  • Monitorear el rendimiento de los proveedores y proporcionar retroalimentación.
  • Encabezar esfuerzos de reabastecimiento en apoyo a los objetivos corporativos de calidad, entrega y productividad.

Soporte a NPI:

  • Brindar apoyo al Ingeniero de Proyecto que lidera los equipos de NPI.
  • Ser el enlace entre el equipo y el proveedor.
  • Proporcionar actualizaciones regulares sobre el estado del desarrollo de piezas adquiridas.
  • Ofrecer actualizaciones periódicas sobre el estado de PPAP de las piezas compradas.
  • Correlacionar documentos del proveedor con los requisitos de los dibujos.

Gestión de Relaciones con Proveedores:

  • Establecer relaciones con diversos proveedores en todas las categorías.
  • Proporcionar soporte técnico/ingeniería al proveedor durante el desarrollo de nuevas piezas.
  • Colaborar con el equipo global de categoría para ayudar a abastecer piezas en el proveedor adecuado.
  • Ayudar a realizar/coordinar auditorías de proveedores y/o autoevaluaciones.

Requisitos de Experiencia:

  • 5-10+ años de experiencia en calidad, calidad de proveedores o un rol similar.
  • Experiencia operando en una organización global.
  • Habilidades de comunicación efectivas.
  • Capacidad para demostrar habilidades sólidas en resolución de problemas.
