Job Description

This is a full-time opportunity to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team: Supervising and motivating a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Managing store operations: Overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Providing excellent customer service: Ensuring that customers receive prompt and friendly service, resolving any issues or complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading a team: Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced retail or food service environment.
  • Positive attitude and motivational skills: A positive attitude and ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best.
  • A clean driving record/valid driver's license: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle that is insured: Access to a reliable vehicle that is insured.
  • Flexible Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong skills in math and restaurant management: Strong skills in math and restaurant management, including cash handling and inventory management.
