Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Pathologist to join our team in a school setting. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with students of various ages and abilities, providing individualized therapy sessions to help them overcome communication challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, including speech and language therapy
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistent support and communication
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in a school setting or pediatric environment
  • Pediatric or schools/IEP experience preferred
