Job Overview

Vanguard Renewables is a leader in anaerobic digester development, ownership, and operation in the U.S. Our innovative closed-loop system converts organic waste and cow manure into renewable energy, including green electricity and renewable natural gas, while producing valuable by-products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer onboarding and generate sales quotes for new and existing accounts.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new suppliers into Vanguard's systems.
  • Source and vet third-party vendors and partners to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Serve as a crucial member of the business operations support team, coordinating field services and resolving operational challenges.
  • Track sales activities and document account management tasks using Salesforce (CRM).
  • Deliver exceptional client support by managing requests and ensuring timely and effective responses to both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in science (BS) or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience, preferably within the renewable energy, oil and gas, or utilities sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing complex customer relationships and delivering excellent client support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Suite; Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
