Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Program Director to lead our Medicare Drug Pricing project. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years of professional experience in managing large-scale projects and will possess strong leadership and communication skills.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between CMS and our team, facilitating communication and resolving any issues related to the program. They will also oversee and have full authority over the administration and execution of the contract, ensuring alignment with the expected objectives and outcomes.

In addition, the candidate will be responsible for all phases of performance, including contract management, coordination of resource needs, and direct accountability for the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the management of all work performed under the contract.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between CMS and the contractors' team.
  • Oversee and have full authority over the administration and execution of the contract.
  • Responsible for all phases of performance, including contract management and coordination of resource needs.
  • Communicate both orally and in writing with the Government and Contractor management.
Requirements
  • A minimum of ten years professional experience in managing same/similar large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of federal healthcare policies, especially those related to drug pricing and pharmaceutical supply chain.
  • Able to demonstrate experience and knowledge of the regulatory requirements of the Inflation Reduction Act and Federal prescription drug programs.
