**Mission**

L'Assistant Chef de Projet E-Commerce H/F accompagnera les équipes commerciales dans la mise en place de stratégies de développement pour les marques Shiseido. Il/Elle sera chargé(e) de suivre l'activité des marques sur tous les marchés et de travailler sur les opportunités de développement de business.

**Responsabilités**

Les principales responsabilités de l'Assistant Chef de Projet E-Commerce H/F seront :

  • Maitriser les enjeux et priorités de chacune des marques afin d'avoir un il alerte sur le respect des dates de lancement;
  • La pertinence des mises en avant sur les supports marketing;
  • Le e-Merchandising;
  • La pertinence sur chacun des marchés;
  • Comprendre la structure des P&L E-Commerce;
  • Effectuer les forecasts produits et moyens moteurs dans le respect de ce P&L;
  • Assurer un reporting hebdomadaire et mensuel sur le chiffre d'affaire en apportant des commentaires quantitatifs et qualitatifs;
  • Suivre les sujets logistiques en lien direct avec le business E-Commerce afin d'améliorer l'expérience client : chantillons / stocks;
  • Assurer une veille concurrentielle et être force de proposition sur des évolutions.

**Compétences requises**

L'Assistant Chef de Projet E-Commerce H/F doit avoir une formation bac+4/5 type école de commerce et faire preuve d'un très bon relationnel, de curiosité et de rigueur. Il/Elle doit être volontaire et dynamique.
