Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • New Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and develop strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring overall account profitability and delivering value-based services to clients.
  • Renewal Planning: Lead the renewal process, assembling the appropriate team to develop and implement client-specific renewal strategies.
  • Client Education: Educate clients on trends, market issues, and relevant data and analytics, ensuring they have the insights needed to make informed business decisions.
  • Resource Allocation: Marshal Aon resources to support clients in unusual circumstances, such as large claims or other complex issues.
  • Collaboration: Work across geographic, solution lines, and functional boundaries to define interdependent responses to opportunities to grow the business.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in leading client relationships and/or selling Risk Management Solutions products or related products.
  • Skills: Strong client-facing skills, ability to build relationships, grow and leverage relationships that translate into meaningful and mutually beneficial business results with economic buyers for mid-market accounts.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of industry experience.
