Job Summary:

The University of Wisconsin-Madison Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine is seeking a highly qualified Renal Pathologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be appointed as a member of the department at the Assistant/Associate/Professor level (non-tenure track) and will have responsibilities in surgical pathology. The appointee will sign out renal pathology cases, contribute to our teaching mission, and collaborate on translational research projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Sign out renal pathology cases
  • Contribute to our teaching mission
  • Collaborate on translational research projects
  • Participate in administrative and committee work to support the clinical and scholarly missions of UW Health and the School of Medicine and Public Health
Requirements:
  • Completion of Renal Pathology Fellowship is required
  • A minimum of 3 years of renal pathology sign out experience will also be considered in lieu of fellowship completion
  • Board eligible or board certified in anatomic pathology (AP) or combination of anatomic pathology and clinical pathology (AP/CP) by the American Board of Pathology (ABP)
