Ballet Instructor

Tutu School Laguna Niguel seeks a skilled Ballet Teacher to lead 45-minute classes, take attendance, and build rapport with students' families. The ideal candidate has a strong background in dance, great communication skills, and a commitment to our carefully crafted curriculum.

• Lead classes following Tutu School's Class Curriculum.
• Take attendance and answer basic questions about class membership and promotions.
• Build rapport and communication with students' families and prospective clients.
• Perform basic retail duties including product restocking and processing sales using a point-of-sale system.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the studio, lobby, retail display, and bathroom.
• Communicate effectively with management and administration.

• Experience in dancing with a ballet background is strongly preferred.
• High school or equivalent is preferred.
• Teaching experience is preferred.

Tutu School is a collection of boutique ballet schools providing a creative dance education experience for children from 6 months to 8 years old. We focus on teaching children age-appropriate motor skills and the fundamental principles of ballet, while exposing them to classical music and the enchanting stories of famous ballets.
