SailPoint IDAM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint IDAM Analyst to join our team at Infosys Limited Digital. As a key member of our Identity and Access Management team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing secure identity management solutions for our clients.

• Support stakeholders across the Software Development Life Cycle, including IAM platform support, Requirements Elicitation, and Application Architecture definition.
• Create high-level design artifacts and provide solutions for multiple IDAM tracks.
• Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability and mitigate risks.
• Develop and maintain expertise in SailPoint IDAM and related technologies, including Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, and SQL.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in a relevant field, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of education.
• At least two years of experience in Information Technology, with a focus on Identity and Access Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience working in a global delivery environment, with a strong understanding of cultural and linguistic differences.
• Ability to travel extensively, with a valid passport and authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.
