SailPoint IDAM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint IDAM Analyst to join our team at Infosys Limited Digital. As a key member of our Identity and Access Management team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing secure identity management solutions for our clients.

• Support stakeholders across the Software Development Life Cycle, including IAM platform support, Requirements Elicitation, and Application Architecture definition.
• Create high-level design artifacts and provide solutions for multiple IDAM tracks.
• Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability and internal control improvement.
• Develop and maintain expertise in SailPoint IDAM and related technologies, including Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL, XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, and HTML.
• Work in a Global delivery environment, with extensive travel and ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology and 1 year of Identity and Access Management experience.
• Ability to relocate to Raleigh, NC, Hartford, CT, or Richardson, TX, or be willing to commute from these areas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
