Responsibilities
  • Coordinate outreach and engagement activities with community-based organizations, healthcare providers, and government agencies;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, healthcare providers, and government officials;
  • Assist program teams in designing and implementing effective health promotion programs and interventions;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, tracking progress and outcomes of health initiatives;
  • Provide technical assistance and support to community-based organizations and healthcare providers;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as public health, social work, or communications;
  • At least 2 years of experience in community health, outreach, or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to assess complex health issues and develop targeted solutions;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible schedule and willingness to travel within the region;
  • Fluency in Spanish or other languages highly valued;
