Essential Characteristics:

  • Deliberately cultivate relationships with the staff.

Additional Duties:
  • Manage inventory.
  • Maintain accurate transfer logs.
  • Conduct efficient ordering.
  • Ensure a LEAN production environment.
  • Coach, evaluate, and hold all kitchen Team Members accountable.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure all necessary preventative maintenance and cleaning are performed on a scheduled basis.
