As a Senior Analyst in Membership Rewards Program Management, you will play a crucial role in steering various initiatives within the Membership Rewards program. Your responsibilities will include maintaining program controls and key performance indicators (KPIs), assessing program risks, and ensuring excellence in program execution. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the modernization of our program infrastructure while enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Membership Rewards platforms, policies, processes, and capabilities across all products to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily program operations and address inquiries related to issue management, corrective actions, process risk assessments, audits, and compliance.
- Proactively identify operational risks and establish appropriate controls; foster communication and collaboration among MR stakeholders, including Product, Enterprise Platforms, Legal, Compliance, and Servicing.
- Recognize customer pain points, resolve issues, and implement initiatives aimed at improving the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
- Proven success in project management and data analysis.
- A collaborative team player with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and regulatory perspectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Self-motivated and capable of delivering results with minimal oversight.
- Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Tableau, Archer, and workflow management systems is advantageous.
- Minimum of one year of experience in project management or analytics.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually, inclusive of bonuses and benefits.
