Pharmacy Associate

We are seeking a Pharmacy Associate to join our team at our Leola, PA location. As a Pharmacy Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our pharmacy operations.

• Provide prompt and courteous service to customers at the counter and over the phone.
• Verify identification of customers for products when required.
• Assist with pharmacy operations, including answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries.
• Meet state required minimum age and be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Complete background check and drug screening.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements for the position.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner.
• Ability to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
• Ability to meet company performance standards for the job.

This is a full-time position, with shift hours varying depending on business needs. The job requires standing for 55% of the time, sitting for 0%, and walking for 45%. The maximum lift/carry is 50 lbs.
