Position Summary
Join our dynamic team at Dezign Concepts LLC, where you will serve as a consultant to guide client projects and product teams in designing cloud-based infrastructures for their applications and transitioning from traditional systems to cloud environments.
Important Note:
**This position mandates an existing NSA Top Secret Clearance and Polygraph**
Technological Expertise: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Cloud Architecture Methodologies, Cloud Storage Solutions, and familiarity with Data Storage Options (RDS, DynamoDB, AWS S3, or Azure Storage)
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the current IT landscape of clients, pinpointing challenges and opportunities for enhancement, and considerations for developing a Cloud-based IT solution.
- Offer comprehensive cloud strategy and recommendations from inception to execution tailored to meet specific client needs.
- Assess user requirements, operational concepts, and high-level system architectures to formulate system requirements specifications.
- Lead the analysis of system requirements and oversee design and development initiatives. Assist users in articulating requirements, suggest alternative strategies, and conduct feasibility assessments.
- Provide technical guidance for integrating requirements, design, and technology. Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Develop system architecture and design documentation.
- Facilitate system development and implementation planning through the preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and testing plans.
- Engage with government representatives regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and related challenges.
- Ensure the technical integrity of all work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering domain.
- Communicate effectively with program personnel, government stakeholders, and senior leadership.Required Experience:
- Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen
- Existing Clearance Required: Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph
- A minimum of twenty (20) years of experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Proven experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering initiatives.
- A Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Five (5) years of additional Systems Engineering experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
