Maintenance Director

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Director to oversee equipment maintenance, facility maintenance and reliability initiatives within our manufacturing plant in Grandview, WA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for training, supervising, and mentoring department personnel including Maintenance Supervisors, Buyers, Planners, Reliability Engineers, and maintenance technicians of various levels.

• Collaborate on the design, implementation, and maintenance of our Lockout Tagout program to ensure a safe work environment
• Owns and drives accountability for Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and other plant metrics to optimize production efficiency
• Use metrics/data to evaluate and improve maintenance technical processes and plant leadership procedures

1. Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
2. Establish and maintain effective relationships with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and services
3. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory management, and performance metrics
4. Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance operational efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; degree in Plant Operations preferred
• At least 3+ years of experience in a reliability and/or maintenance leadership role, preferably in the food and beverage processing industry
• Strong knowledge of advanced principles in plant operations, including Root Cause Analysis, Reliability-Centered Maintenance, and Failure Modes Effects Analysis
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, with a focus on safety, quality, and environmental stewardship
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
