We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accounting Manager to join our team at Vaco. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of full-cycle month-end closing, including preparation and posting of journal entries, cash disbursements, and cash receipts.
  • Act as backup for accounts payable and payroll processing.
  • Analyze and prepare monthly journal entries for recurring expenses, accruals, and deferrals.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis, including fixed assets, prepaid expenses, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll liabilities, and investments.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
